Bahan-bahan Basic Soft Bun

  1. Diperlukan of 💥 Bahan A :.
  2. Diperlukan of tepung Cakra.
  3. Gunakan of ragi.
  4. Gunakan of gula pasir.
  5. Siapkan of susu bubuk.

  7. Diperlukan of telur (kocok lepas, 25gr utk adonan, sisanya utk olesan).
  8. Diperlukan of air.
  9. Dibutuhkan of susu cair.

  12. Diperlukan of garam (1/2 sdt).

Langkah-langkah membuat Basic Soft Bun

  1. Campur bahan A & B, mixer dg kecepatan pelan sampai tercampur rata & adonan tdk ada yg lengket di wadah lg. Kemudian tambah kecepatan mixer (fast feed) hingga adonan stengah kalis..
  2. Stelah adonan stengah kalis, tambahkan bahan C, mixer kembali hingga adonan bener2 kalis elastis/strech. Bs di test dg cara adonan di tarik & tdk putus..
  3. Tutup adonan dg serbet selama 1 jam/mengembang 2x. Kempeskan adonan & bagi menjadi beberapa bagian. Kebetulan saya pengen bikin roti yg agak kecil jd saya bagi jd 20, klo mau bikin rotinya agak besar bs di bagi 10 aja yaa sahabat cookpad....
  4. Stelah itu bentuk atau isi roti dg meses/keju (bebas/sesuai selera). Disini saya bikin berbagai bentuk & isinya ada yg pake pisang raja, meses, coklat/keju dll. Kemudian diamkan kurleb 20 menit. Oles dg sisa telur. Stelah itu panggang dg api sedang. Oiya sebelumnya ovennya hrs sdh dlm kondisi panas yaaa.. panggang roti kurleb 15 menit (atau di sesuaikan dg oven msg2) Daaannn roti lembutnya matanggg deehh...siap di santapp..😉.
