  2. Siapkan adonan roti, (caranya spt diresep 41). Setelah mengembang, kempiskan adonan. Ambil kira2 setengah bagian lalu gilas memanjang. Pastikan setiap bagiannya sama tebal. Olesi margarin cair lalu taburi gula palm n bubuk kayu manisnya. Tata pisang (spt digambar).
  3. Gulung adonan dari sisi A ke B. Hati2 ya karena pisangnya bisa geser2. Kemudian potong menjadi 8 bagian dan tata diloyang biarkan agak mengembang..
  4. Setelah mengembang, taburi dg palm sugar n bubuk kayu manis, lalu panggang dioven yg sebelumnya sudah dipanaskan. Panggang kira2 30 menitan. Setelah matang, olesi sisa margarin cair..
  5. Ini sisa sebagian adonan yg saya bikin roti sobek isi coklat.
