  3. Ambil adonan yg sudah kalis tsb dan diamkan slma 30 menit-1 jam dlm baskom yg trtutup plastic wrap rapat sampai mengembang 2-3x lbih besar dari ukuran semula. Sisihkan..
  4. Sambil menunggu, buat bahan topping/ bahan C, kocok butter dan gula dgn mixer kec tinggi sampai mengembang, masukkan semua sisa bahan KECUALI putih telur, kocok dgn kecepatan rendah saja sampai tercampur rata. Sisihkan. Di baskom tersendiri, kocok putih telur smpai mengembang soft peak, campur adonan butter tadi dgn putih telur scara bertahap 2-3x. Aduk RATA dgn spatula. Kempiskan adonan dough yg sudah mengembang, bagi menjadi bbrapa bagian sm rata (sy kurang lebih @75 gr), bulatkan semua adonan satu persatu lalu pipihkan, isi masing” dgn 1 sdt filling (butter campur gula) atau sesuai selera ya moms. Beri adonan topping (motif circle) di bagian atas dan istirahatkan adonan 10 menit di loyang yg sudah diolesi margarin dan di alasi baking paper sebelum di panggang..
  6. Panggang adonan di suhu 180-190’C selama 15-25 menit api atas bawah (tergantung oven masing” ya). Setelah matang diamkan 2-3 menit di dlm oven dlu baru dikeluarkan..
