Bahan Mexican Bun aka Roti boy

  1. Diperlukan of Bahan Bahan.
  2. Diperlukan 200 gr of terigu proting.
  3. Diperlukan 60 gr of terigu prodang.
  4. Dibutuhkan 1 sdt of ragi.
  5. Sediakan 50 gr of gula pasir.
  6. Diperlukan 1 sdm of susu bubuk.
  7. Gunakan 1 of kuning telur+uht total 180ml (gak harus habis).
  8. Diperlukan 30 gr of butter.
  9. Sediakan sejumput of garam.
  10. Gunakan of Bahan Isian.
  11. Siapkan 25 gr of butter.
  12. Diperlukan 25 gr of keju parut.
  13. Diperlukan 2 sdm of gula halus campur semua jd 1 sisihkan.
  14. Sediakan of Bahan Toping.
  15. Gunakan 50 gr of butter.
  16. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm munjung of gula halus.
  17. Diperlukan 50 gr of terigu.
  18. Gunakan 1/4 sdt of BP.
  19. Sediakan 1 butir of putih telur.
  20. Gunakan 1 sdt of kopi instant sesuh dgn 1sdm air panas.
  21. Siapkan of pasta moca (optional, me skip).

Cara memasak Mexican Bun aka Roti boy

  1. Campur semua bahan kcuali cairan (telur&uht) garam dan butter.. mix sampai tercampur rata,sambil tuang cairan sdikit².. lihat kondisi adonan.. stelah setengah kalis,masukkan butter dan garam.. mix terus sampai ELASTIS.
  2. Bulatkan adonan smpai licin,bagi² adonan sesuai selera saya @35gr bulatkn diamkan -+10menit.. gilas adonan,beri isian (butter&keju).
  3. Tata di loyang yg sudah dialasi baking paper dan oles mentega.. tutup plastik atau serbet bersih.. diamkan smpai mngembang 2x lipat.
  4. Sambil menunggu adonan roti profing,kita buat toping nya...
  5. Mix putih telur smpai kaku,sisihkan.. di wadah terpisah mix butter&gula halus sampai lembut,lalu campurkan terigu,Bp,adonan putih telur,dan sesuhan kopi+pasta moca.. aduk rata.. masukkan ke dlm piping bag (platik sgtiga).
  6. Setelah adonan roti mengembang,semprotkan secara melingkar diatas roti sperti obat nyamuk.
  7. Panggang dgn suhu 180 dercel slama 25-30 menit (kenali oven masing²).
  8. Angkat dan dinginkan, siap di santap lebih cocok buat temen ngeteh / ngopi 😁.
