  1. Diperlukan of Bahan Dought.
  2. Dibutuhkan of tepung pro tinggi (me: cakra kembar).
  3. Sediakan of fermipnan.
  4. Diperlukan of gula pasir.
  5. Dibutuhkan of susu bubuk.
  6. Gunakan of telur.
  7. Dibutuhkan of air dingin.
  8. Siapkan of mentega.
  9. Sediakan of Bahan Topping.
  10. Siapkan of gula halus.
  11. Sediakan of mentega.
  12. Diperlukan of tepung terigu pro sedang.
  13. Dibutuhkan of kuning telur.
  14. Diperlukan of kopi instan (me: luwak white coffe).
  15. Dibutuhkan of pasta moka.
  16. Diperlukan of Filling.
  17. Sediakan of Mentega.

Langkah-langkah membuat Roti Boy / Mexican Bun

  1. Bismillah, campur semua bahan dought kecuali mentega. Mixer dg speed rendah sampai tercampur rata lalu tambah mentega mixer lagi dg speed tinggi sampai kalis elastis.
  2. Diamkan 1jam tutup dg kain serbet sampai mengembang 2x lipat, kempiskan.
  3. Bagi adonan (me: kurleb 45gr) jadi 12 kalo saya, isi dg mentega.
  4. Tata di loyang, diamkan lagi 40menit.
  5. Campur bahan topping sesuai gambar ini ya Mak.. masukan plastik segitiga,.
  6. Setelah 40menit oles roti dg topping (punyaku ga rapih btw, maklum emak² pemalas dan ga sabaran) panggang dg suhu 170-180° selama 20menit -pansin dulu yah ovennya sebelum dipake. Zadi deeh, beuh aromanya Maak.. kuopiii bngts🤤.
