  2. Siapkan of tepung protein tinggi.
  3. Sediakan of tepung serbaguna.
  4. Gunakan of susu bubuk.
  5. Dibutuhkan of vanilla.
  6. Diperlukan of gula pasir.
  7. Sediakan of ragi instant.
  8. Gunakan of kuning telur.
  9. Gunakan of air es (aq ganti susu cair).

  20. Diperlukan of kopi dilarutkan dgn 1 sdm air panas (dinginkan).

Langkah-langkah membuat Roti Boy / Mexican Bun

  1. Campur semua bahan A. Mixer sampai semua bahan menyatu. Masukkan bahan B mixer sampai adonan kalis elastis. Bulatkan adonan tutup dengan serbet/plastik hingga adonan mengembang 2x lipat (Profing ke -1).
  2. Kempeskan adonan. Uleni lagi sebentar. Bagi adonan masing2 50 gr. Diamkan lagi 10 menit. Pipihkan adonan beri isian salted butter banyaknya sesuai selera ya 😃 Rapatkan dan bulatkan. Diamkan kembali 30 - 40 menit hingga adonan mengembang kembali (Profing ke-2).
  3. Buat adonan topping. Kocok butter dan gula sampai lembut. Masukkan telur kocok rata. Masukkan tepung dan susu aduk rata. Masukkan air kopi aduk rata. Masukkan ke dlm plastik..
  4. Semprotkan topping melingkar ke adonan roti yg telah mengembang sampai 3/4 permukaan adonan..
  5. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu sebelum memasukkan adonan roti. Panggang di suhu 200•© selama 20 menit hingga permukaan topping mengering (sesuaikan oven masing2 ya).
  6. Lebih nikmat dinikmati selagi hangat 😊.
