  5. Diamkan lagi slama 30-40 mnitan.
  6. Membuat toping : campur semua bahan, kocok dgn wisk, dan masukkan di piping bag (saya taruh dikulkas sbntr).
  7. Setelah adonan roti mengembang, baru bisa di taruh di atasnya,.
  8. Panggang dgn api besar kurang lebih 15-20 mnit, trgantung oven msg2.
