- Masukkan semua bahan untuk membuat roti kecuali air, aduk rata..
- Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit, sambil terus diuleni..
- Setelah air meresap secara merata, mixer sampai kalis. Saya pake mixer biasa yang memang cuma bisa mengolah adonan dengan tepung terigu kering seberat 250-350 gram. Gunakan pengaduk berbentuk ulir/spiral.
- Setelah adonan kalis, diamkan selama 1 jam. Tutup adonan dengan plastik wrap atau lap bersih..
- Jika adonan sudah mengembang 2x lipat, kempeskan adonan dengan cara ditinju atau ditusuk jari. Timbang adonan masing-masing 40 gram atau sesuai selera.
- Beri isian, kemudian bulat-bulatkan adonan. Bentuk adonan menjadi bulat cantik & halus, supaya nanti rotinya juga cantik. Diamkan kembali kira-kira 10-15 menit.
- Panaskan oven. Kemudian mixer jadi satu semua bahan untuk topping.
- Masukkan adonan topping ke dalam plastik segitiga (piping bag). Potong sedikit ujung plastik. Kemudian diaplikasikan ke permukaan adonan roti secara melingkar.
- Panggang adonan sekitar 15-25 menit. Tergantung masing-masing oven.
