Bahan Coffee bun ala roti boy
- Dibutuhkan of Adonan roti.
- Diperlukan of tepung terigu protein tinggi.
- Dibutuhkan of tepung terigu protein rendah.
- Diperlukan of gula pasir.
- Siapkan of ragi.
- Siapkan of kuning telur.
- Diperlukan of susu cair DINGIN.
- Dibutuhkan of unsalted butter SUHU RUANG.
- Siapkan of Bahan isian.
- Gunakan of royal palmia butter margarine dingin potong dadu(per roti).
- Siapkan of Bahan topping.
- Diperlukan of unsalted butter.

- Sediakan of telur.

Langkah-langkah membuat Coffee bun ala roti boy
- Campur terigu,gula pasir,dan ragi. Aduk rata. Masukkan kuning telur,dan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni. Tambahkan butter,uleni hinggal kalis elastis dan mulus. Bulatian simpan dalam wadah tertutup serbet/plastic wrap tunggu sampai 60 menit. (Proofing 1).
- Setelah mengembang,kempeskan adonan lalu diuleni sebentar. Bagi adonan sama banyak 50 gr. Diamkan selama 10 menit sambil ditutup lagi.
- Pipihkan adonan lalu beri isian butter margarine 10 gr tadi di tiap adonan. Lalu dirapatkan dan dibulatkan. Letakkan diatas loyang yg dilapisi kertas roti. Diamkan 30 menit utk proofing kedua. Jangan lupa ditutup ya.
- Sambil menunggu,panaskan oven 200°c karena oven harus dalam keadaan sangat panas.
- Untuk adonan topping : kocok butter dan gula halus hingga bener bener halus. Masukkan telur,lalu kocok lagi,dan masukkan terigu. Terakhir masukkan cairan kopi dan pasta kopi..
- Masukkan adonan topping ke piping bag. Semprotkan topping di atas adonan secara melingkar hingga 3/4 bagian. Panggang selama 12 menit dgn suhu 200°C. Tapi tergantung oven ya,kalo sy panggang 15 menit dgn suhu 250°C. Gunakan api atas bawah.
