Langkah-langkah memasak Roti canai

  1. Masukan garam n gula ke t4 adonan larutkan pke air hangat.

  3. Masukkan 250 gram mentga sama tepung terigu di adon samapai kalis... Stlah kalis dibagi mnjdi bulatan2 kcil sesuai selera diamkan slma 10 mnit siram minyak mkan biar tdk kering.
  4. Selagi menunggu adonan yg didiamkan tadi sisa mentga yg 250 gram dicairkan tuk olesan.
  5. Setelah it ambl satu adonan yg dibulatkan tdi digilas sampai tipis banget lalu olesi mntga cair lalu lipat kya mlipat kipas digulung sprti bntuk 8 bru ditindiskan,ulangi sampai adonan hbis.
  6. Stlah hbis smua adonan dibentuk br dipanggang diteplon tnp pke minyak ya...klu mau dimsukkan freezer manggamgmya stngah msak ja.....
