Cara membuat Roti Canai
- Kocok lepas telur, masukkan ke tepung terigu aduk pelan sambil tambah air hangat dikit dikit sampe bisa diulenin.

- Timbang sekitar 40gr, bulatkan, lakukan hingga adonan habis, kemudian letakan di wadah yg tertutup, beri minyak hingga adonan terendam. tutup wadah. tunggu 2-3 jam.
- Olesi meja kerja dengan sedikit minyak. ambil satu, pipihkan, bisa pake rolingpin, pelan pelan pipihkan sampe cukup tipis..
- Beri margarin diatasnya secukupnya. kalo suka gurih kasih yg banyak aja. kalo mau original langsung gulung pelan pelan. kalo mau pake toping beri taburan ceres/keju parut. gulung perlahan. kemudian gulung ujung2 nya menyerupai huruf S.
- Panas kan teplon pake api kecil karena tujuan saya mau disimpan. beri sedit minyak/margarin. ambil satu kemudian lipat/tumpuk pipihkan pelan pelan, kemudian goreng. bolak balik sambil ditekan tekan jika sudah agak kering angkat, tunggu hingga dingin, simpan wadah tertutup, siap masuk freezer.
- Kalo mau langsung makan, panaskan teplon dengan api sedang beri sedikit minyak/margarin, ambil adonan, lipat, pipihkan, goreng perlahan sambil bolak/balik dan ditekan2 pake spatula. goreng sampe kecoklatan. siap disantap.
