Langkah-langkah memasak Roti Canai

  2. Bagi menjadi 65gr kemudian oles dengan minyak dan diamkan kembali 30menit.setelah 30menit pipihkan setiap bulatan.
  3. Oles dengan minyak tabur tepung kemudian lipat seperti kita membuat kipas pada kertas(melipit) kemudian gulung.
  4. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.diamkan selama 15menit sambil ditutup.setelah 15menit.pipihkan tiap bulatan.
  5. Panggang dalam teplon bolak balik sambil dioles butter.sampai matang.angkat.sajikan.
