Bahan-bahan Roti Canai
- Dibutuhkan of Tepung terigu.
- Gunakan of kuning telur.
- Sediakan of Margarin cair.
- Gunakan of garam.
- Sediakan of Gula pasir.
- Dibutuhkan of Susu Uht.
- Diperlukan of minyak goreng.
- Dibutuhkan of margarin cair untuk olesan.

Langkah-langkah membuat Roti Canai
- Campurkan tepung terigu,garam,gula pasir,kuning telur dan susu uht (masukan sedikit demi sedikit) uleni sampe rata lalu tambahkan margarin cair,uleni kmbali sampe kalis.
- Diamkan slama 10-15 menit tutup adonan pake plastik (biar tetap lembab) Kemudian bagi dan bulatkan adonan (Me: 6 bagian).
- Lalu siapkan wadah berisi minyak goreng,masukan adonan yg sudah di bagi tadi ke dlm minyak (sampai terendam semua) diamkan selama 2 jam dan tutup.
- Pipihkan adonan sampai tipis (seperti adonan martabak),bisa menggunakan tangan atau rolling pin (me : rolling pin) lalu olesi margarin cair.
- Kemudian gulung adonan sampai memanjang lalu lingkarkan adonan dari masing masing ujung dgn arah brlawanan (silang).
- Setelah di lingkarkan tumpuk adonan jadi satu lalu dipipihkan kembali..
- Panaskan teflon beri sedikit margarin dan roti canai homemade siap di panggang.
